8S Agro-Industry
This business line mostly consists of 8SAI that is a diversified agricultural company in Cambodia with several sub-businesses such as Swiftlet Nest, Agarwood, Luxury Wood, Fruits & Nuts, Aquaculture and Flowers (the last 2 are newly developed businesses). It mostly focuses on high margin agricultural products to Chinese & Middle Eastern markets as well as EU & North American markets in the future.
8S Integrated Trading
This business line, through KCRi Agriculture, focuses on the export of Cambodian agricultural products (especially the ones produced by 8S Agro-Industry) like Cashew Nut. It aims to link the local farmers to the global markets by offering full traceability for the agri-marketplace, convenience and cost-effective solutions for the users through an integrated online system. In the future, we will expand the products covered through contract farming whilst ensuring full traceability (blockchain), thus helping local farmers to access international markets. In addition, through KCRi International Corporation, we do imports of other products (mostly F&B and beauty body products) for local distribution.
KCRi IC
This strategic partner has 2 main divisions: Consumer Goods & Manufacturing Goods. The 1st one includes food, beverage, mosquito repellent, body care and perfume. The 2nd one engages in Manufacturing, Trading and importing construction materials such as HDPE, Pipe fitting, PPR and PVC Pipes for Water Supply, Agriculture Irrigation, Drainage, Building Project, Marine and Gas Supply.
8S Integrated F&B
This business line mainly consists of "1997 Coffee Bar" for the moment. This coffee shop caters to the needs of young Cambodian nowadays whose drinking coffee is a part of their urban lifestyle. We do also offer catering services (coffee, other drinks, food etc.) during events like weddings. To note that we are currently working to create a new franchise “Koosa Art Café” that will also integrate "1997 Coffee Bar". In the future, we aim to provide as much as possible the products locally produced further enhancing the coffee and tea supply chains in Cambodia through an order | purchase online system and online sales, as well as promoting Khmer art and culture.
8S Mental Care
This business line, through 8S Life & Career Coaching Project, aims first to provide online courses as well as direct coaching to people that needs to better manage their stress, improve their well-being and achieve success. During the 2nd phase, we are looking to develop a virtual companion (mobile application) on mobile phone that can help people directly in these areas.
Plan X Consulting
This strategic partner focuses on providing advisory services to SMEs related to their strategy planning, financial modelling, financial planning, fund raising as well as digital transformation. The sectors & areas covered are Agriculture, Finance & Banking, Infrastructure, Construction, Information Technology and Recycling.
8S Integrated Finance
This business line mainly consists of 8S Star financial entities that focuses to provide digital lending solutions. Given the current economic situation, it is more difficult to get loan in Cambodia, especially for low-income individuals and MSMEs, which hinders their potential growth and development. Therefore, 8S Star is working on alternative funding solutions to offer to these people and these companies while mitigating the risks taken by lenders and/or investors. We will develop an integrated online system that will gather in one place the individuals and companies seeking funds and the lenders and investors as well as advisory companies and other relevant stakeholders.
8S Real Estate
This business line mainly consists of 8SRE that was created to manage the lands & buildings used by the companies of 8S Group for their operations through the renting process. In addition, it buys and sells lands that have a lot of potential.
8S Integrated Zone
This business line is currently looking to develop integrated agro-industry centers on own and partner available lands (at Phnom Penh, Kampong Thom, Kampong Chhnang etc.) to trade and process Cambodian main crops like cashew nut. They represent a transformative investment opportunity that promises the unique advantage of directly sourcing high-quality Cambodian produce, which allows for significant margins once these raw materials are traded, processed and packaged into value-added food products - ready for distribution to wholesalers and retailers across ASEAN and beyond.
8S Construction & Decor
This business line, through MEC, focuses on the construction and interior decor of residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. With a focus on quality craftsmanship and innovative design, we offer a full suite of services thanks to our vertical integration strategy & partnerships — from architectural planning and structural engineering to interior fit-outs and custom decor solutions. Whether building from the ground up or transforming existing spaces, we deliver projects that blend functionality, aesthetics, and local character.
MEC
Within the business line 8S Construction & Decor, Moon Engineering & Construction is a local company that delivers word-class quality engineering, construction and consulting services to diverse clients (from big scale projects to individual developers) since 2015 in Cambodia. We mostly target the projects related to Public Infrastructure, Public Building, Residential Building, Commercial Building and Industrial Building.
CHLL
This strategic partner CHLL Global Logistics, founded in late 2003, have built an international network of freight forwarding agents which enable us to provide local and international transportation, Customs Clearance and Brokerage, Air Freight or Sea Freight, Logistics and Warehousing Management, Small and Heavy Project Cargo services to most geographical areas of the world.
